Eco Portal is a web application at portal.eco.com that lets users bridge and swap stablecoins across chains. Users select their source and destination chain, choose their stablecoin pair, enter an amount, and execute the transfer. Eco Routes finds the best execution path through a competitive solver market, and the transfer completes in seconds with institutional-grade uptime.

Eco Portal is free to use with no platform fees. Users pay only network gas fees and solver execution fees, which are determined by competitive market pricing. The Eco Routes SDK is also free and permissionless for developers to integrate into their applications.

Information You Provide Us

We collect information that you provide us, such as information provided voluntarily when you sign up to receive emails from us, when you interact with our chat widget on our Sites, feedback surveys, and other interactions between you and us. This information may include:

Usage information, such as information about how you use the Service and interact with us.

Log Data

Professional Advisors and Service Providers. We may share your information with those who need it to do work for us. These recipients may include third-party companies and individuals to administer and provide services in connection with the Service, including customer support and messaging providers (e.g., Intercom), workflow and integration platforms (e.g., Zapier), email marketing providers (e.g., Brevo), analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics), and advertising platforms (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, and X), as well as lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers.
Advertising Partners. If you consent to advertising cookies, we share identifiers and internet or other electronic network activity information collected through cookies and similar technologies with advertising platforms (currently Google, LinkedIn, and X) so that they can display Eco advertising to you on other websites and services and measure its performance. How We Protect Your Information

Eco has implemented measures intended to secure your information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. You also play an important role in maintaining the safety and security of your information. If we have given you access credentials, such as a username and password, you are responsible for keeping these credentials confidential. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure, and no company, including Eco, can fully eliminate security risks. Although we have implemented measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to or from us, including via email, or the security of any links accessible from our Site.

How Long We Retain Your Information

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We retain marketing contact data (such as your email address and related engagement data) until you unsubscribe or request deletion, and our email provider automatically expires detailed email engagement events after twenty-four (24) months. We retain support and chat transcripts for as long as your relationship with us is active; our support provider automatically expires records for website visitors who have not returned in nine (9) months. We delete or anonymize information within thirty (30) days of a verified deletion request, and when it is no longer needed for the purposes described above.

How You Can Opt Out of Certain Practices

In addition to the circumstances described above, from time to time, we may request your permission to allow us to share your personal information with third parties. Children’s Information
