Gasless Initiations

A core requirement for an seamless user experience of Routes is the ability for users to request transfers using gasless initiation. This is necessary for compliance with EIP-7683 and for enabling one click user experiences, like those seen in 1inch Fusion today.

The Routes system will be extended to support gasless initiations for tokens that implement the Permit standard, as well as initiations using Permit2 for tokens that support it (after the initial approval). Both of these will enable a one-click user signature experience that eliminates the need for any native gas on the origin chain.
